Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our European Supply Chain team. In this role, you will act as a key point of coordination between customers, distribution centers, manufacturing sites (internal and external), and logistics providers. Your mission will be to ensure seamless order execution, accurate invoicing, and efficient product flow while upholding quality, regulatory, and financial standards.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
•Manage the full order-to-invoice cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
•Issue shipping documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
•Handle supplier and tolling fee invoices, investigate discrepancies, and manage payment issues.
•Coordinate product returns, reworks, and ensure cost allocation to appropriate stakeholders.
•Oversee transportation between manufacturing sites, warehouses, and customers, including international shipments.
•Monitor logistics incidents and collaborate with global teams to resolve transportation issues.
•Maintain master data related to customers, contracts, and sourcing information.
•Support redeployments, product launches, and change controls in coordination with supply chain and quality teams.
•Liaise with Quality Control for testing, batch release, and Certificate of Analysis management.
•Collaborate with external manufacturing partners to implement new distribution models.
•Conduct month-end inventory reconciliations with third-party logistics providers and contract manufacturers.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and financial guidelines across all supply chain activities.
•Perform SAP transactions accurately and provide documentation for internal and external audits.
•Support financial reporting for month-end and year-end closings.
 
Qualifications & Experience
 
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of experience in an international supply chain environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector.
•Strong knowledge of distribution processes and export logistics.
•Experience working with logistics partners (3PLs, freight forwarders) and suppliers.
•Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
•Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of delivering results under pressure.
•Strong interpersonal skills and experience in working across virtual and multicultural teams.
