Process Manager (M/F)

 

To support our growth in Switzerland, we are looking for a Process Manager (M/F) to lead and optimize the development processes for our complex airborne systems. In this key role, you will ensure that our software and hardware development practices are aligned with aerospace standards and support agile, modern engineering methods.

 

Project:

  • Lead and optimize hardware and software development processes for complex airborne systems.
  • Coach agile development teams and promote best practices across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards: SAE ARP 4754 / 4761, DO-178, and DO-254.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze, document, and improve development workflows.
  • Implement tools to boost efficiency and support modern development approaches (e.g. continuous integration).
  • Report directly to the Head of Software & Electronic Hardware Development.

Profile:

  • Degree in engineering or a related technical field; training in process management is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project and process management.
  • Strong skills in process mapping and documentation.
  • Reliable, structured, and resilient, with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English, German or Swiss German is a must.
